- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation forms are available from the front desk. If cancellation forms are turned into the office on or before the 15th of the month, then classes will be terminated at the end of that month. If cancellation forms are turned into the office on the 16th of the month or later, then classes will be terminated at the end of the following month. Unfortunately due to inability to confirm information, no faxing, verbal or emailing of notice will be accepted.
- We cannot hold a spot in a class without payment for that reservation.
- No Disposable Swim Diapers allowed. We have a great retail area with reusable swim diapers for you to purchase.
- We offer make up classes with a certified instructor for any excused absences. Absences must be called in or given to the front desk prior to class time.
- For your convenience, we bill monthly through automatic payment processing. We accept all major credit cards or you can use your checking account.
